Becky Hill, a Cat 4 and Junior racer who
participates in road races and criteriums,
joined LGBRC in 2007 with her father Rich,
her mother Kim, and her sister Shelly.
Becky first became interested in cycling
in first or second grade, but she didn't
really begin racing until several years
later, when she began the junior track
sessions at Hellyer Velodrome. Since then,
she's focused more on road racing than
track.
Her greatest cycling achievement is winning
the 2010 Track State Championships for
junior girls aged 15-16, although she has
placed in multiple other state championships.
Her favorite training rides are Pierce
and Mt. Eden, preferably with her dad;
her favorite criterium is Cat's Hill; and
her favorite road races are Snelling and
Panoche.
Besides racing, Becky enjoys reading, writing,
hanging out with her friends, and participating
in activities with her Venture Crew.
