Emily is a Cat 3 racer who joined LGBRC in 2009. She is currently an exercise biology student, pursuing a french minor at UC Davis. She says, "I also enjoy rock climbing, running, and pretty much anything active outdoors. I used to run track and cross country, began cycling as cross training and fell in love with the sport."

Her greatest cycling achievement? "I got 3rd place in the pro/1/2/3 Esparto Time Trial and was in the top 3rd in 2008 collegiate nationals."

Emily adds, "My goals this year are to place well at collegiate nationals, and to earn enough points to get my upgrade to Cat 2."
